Kidney Stones

Men who suffer from kidney stones tell me that when they pass the stone the pain is excruciating. We don’t totally understand why kidney stoves form. The problem can be inherited, caused by poor diet, or setoffby an imbalance in calcium metabolism.
I have noticed that most men who suffer from kidney stones do not drink enough water. The kidneys are not properly flushed which encourages an environment where the stones develop.
Treatment & Prevention Program
- Drink two litres of water daily.
- Have a tonic containing equal parts of the following herbs: cornsilk, crateva, marshmallow, buchu, uva-ursi, echinacea and nettle. Take one teaspoon three times a day or 7 ml twice a day in a glass of water (200 ml).
- Eliminate coffee altogether and drink alcohol in moderation, for six weeks.
- Drink two glasses of cranberry juice each day. Make sure you obtain a very good quality product from a health store.
