Anti Aging and Yoga
Anti aging is a procedure in which the aging process is reversed and the person becomes young again. It can be done by various ways like using cosmetics, therapy, and drugs. But only a few people have heard about the benefits of yoga in anti aging. The anti aging exercising program contains three components namely flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training. But if a person does yoga properly then he can get these three facilities from just one exercise. Some of the yoga poses like sun salutation and abdominal lift exercise are known for their anti aging benefits for ages.
Yoga stands unmatched against any anti ageing exercise. The yoga diet is a kind of drug free treatment for anti aging process and improves mental health. Even religious monks does yoga exercises to benefit from some of its anti aging properties. Around two thousand years ago, Tibetan monks claimed that ageing process could be reversed by doing 21 yoga exercises but later on those 21 exercises were reduced to only 5. Even the topmost celebrities in the world like Madonna, Sting and Ricky Martin does this exercise to look young and retain their youth. So yoga is an excellent way of anti aging and staying young for a long time.
